Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the services provided by Furbalicious Pet Care. These terms and conditions govern your use of our grooming services, including but not limited to pet grooming, spa treatments, day and nigh care and related services. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

- "Furbalicious Pet Care" refers to the grooming and pet care service provider.

- "Client" refers to the individual or entity using the services provided by Furbalicious Pet Care.

- "Pet" refers to the client's domesticated animal(s) receiving grooming services.

- "Services" refers to the grooming and pet care services offered by Furbalicious Pet Care.

2. Service Agreement

2.1 Appointment Booking: Clients must schedule grooming appointments in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. Walk-in services are subject to availability.

2.2 Cancellation Policy: Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

2.3 Punctuality: Clients are expected to arrive promptly for scheduled appointments. Late arrivals (15min) may result in reduced grooming time or rescheduling.

3. Pet Health and Vaccinations

3.1 Health Certification: Clients must ensure that their pets are in good health and free from contagious diseases when availing of our services. We reserve the right to refuse services to pets showing signs of illness. Changes in your pet's health status must be reported immediately at your next visit.

3.2 Vaccinations: All pets must be up-to-date with their vaccinations as required by local laws and regulations. Proof of vaccination may be requested.

4. Grooming Services

4.1 Grooming Styles: Clients must specify their desired grooming style and any special requests for their pets at the time of booking. While we will make every effort to accommodate your requests, we cannot guarantee specific results.

4.2 Pet Handling: Furbalicious Pet Care takes utmost care when handling pets during grooming. However, grooming procedures may cause discomfort or injury, and we shall not be held liable for such incidents.

5. Payment and Fees

5.1 Pricing: Clients agree to pay the fees as set forth by Furbalicious Pet Care for the selected services. Pricing may vary depending on the size, breed, and coat condition of the pet.

5.2 Payment Methods: We accept payment via cash, credit card, or other approved payment methods. Payment is due at the time of service completion.

5.3 Cancellation Fee: Clients who fail to provide adequate notice for appointment cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee is an amount of 50% of the scheduled services and this must be paid immediately. No subsequent appoiments will be scheduled until the  No-show Fee is paid in full.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

6.1 Liability: Furbalicious Pet Care shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, or loss of the pet  after grooming services.

6.2 Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for their pets' behavior and agree to cover any damages or injuries caused by their pets to our staff, equipment, or other animals on the premises.
- We prioritize the safety and well-being of your pet during grooming sessions.
- If your pet experiences nervousness, anxiety, fear, aggression, or excessive silliness, we will slow down and provide assistance for their comfort and calmness.
- Our utmost goal is to ensure that the pets in our care are kept safe and stress-free.
- To prevent injuries, we will handle sharp tools with care.
- We will work closely with your pet to help them feel at ease, resulting in a positive grooming experience for their lifetime.
- Please be aware that your pet may not be groomed to perfection on the current visit, and charges will be based on the time spent working with your pet.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1 Client Information: We collect and store client information for appointment scheduling and service provision purposes only. We will not disclose or sell client information to third parties.

7.2 Social Media: Furbalicious Pet Care takes and post photographs of clients pets on social media platforms for the purposes of marketing. If the client does not wish for this to occur, it is the client responsibility to inform the business.

8. Termination of Services

8.1 Right to Refuse Services: Furbalicious Pet Care reserves the right to refuse services to any client or pet at our discretion.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

9.1 Updates: Furbalicious Pet Care reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via our website.

10. Governing Law

10.1 Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Queensland], and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.
